How do I make a Copy of All Emails in my Outlook 2003

's Computer Specifications

I am facing the problem of having to do a total 'recovery-restore' on my PC
and don't want to lose all the emails I now have in my Outlook 2003. Is
there a way to just 'copy to disk' the emails in the folders? (It will take
me forever to try and forward them to a yahoo or gmail account one by one -
there's over 400 emails).
