How do I: make cell a "clickable" link to another spreadsheet

Is it possible to setup a cell so that if someone clicks on it, it
takes them to another spreadsheet in the same workbook?

Kind of like a "click here for more information" type of thing.

Select the cell.

Right-click>Hyperlink.

Choose from "Place in this file".
