I've got a rule in outlook that sends an auto reply to all emails sent to
that inbox. However, it's not including the original message. Under
Options, E-mail Options, I've made sure the "On replies and forwards" both
are set to include the original message text. Any ideas?

your Outlook version is?

Do you use Exchange Server?
