How can I make it so that when my page is viewed in a small window the text
is not rearranged. I just want a scroll bar to come up when the window is too
small.

You can't, really. Show me a page where you want this to happen, though -
maybe there's something I'm not understanding....

On way, put the content in a table and fix the table size in pixels.

Hey thanks for the help, the page isn't published yet but I will try defining
by pixels

But if the reader resizes the font on his browser, the text will still get
rearranged.
