Everytime I open Outlook 2007, I have to reposition the toolbars at the top
of the screen. Is tere a way of "locking" their position so I do not have to
do this? Many thanks.

Are you using third party add-ins that add toolbars to Outlook? If yes,
then inquire of the programmers of the third party add-ins. Outlook has no
control over them.
