How do I locate link browser?

I have just started to get "Locate Link Browser" Screen every time I try to
connect to a link in my e-mail. How do I activate the links? I don't use
anything but IE7. This is very frustrating as I send e-mail to many people
in which I send links. If they have the same problem I will need to use a
different system. When I use my MSN Premium account the links still work.
So I think Outlook 2003 is the problem. I hope there is a fix as I don't
want to have to say goodbye to OutLook.

It's a configuration issue on your system that exposes itself in Outlook.

To repair:
In Vista; Start-> Default Programs; reset Internet Explorer Defaults
In XP: Control Panel-> Set Program Access and Defaults-> Non-Microsoft->
Default Web Browser-> Internet Explorer

If that doesn't work and the pop-up comes up point it to IEXPLORE.EXE

When I go to Start>Settings>Control Panel I do not see a Set Program Access
and Defaults link. Where will I find it?

Sorry, double click Add/Remove Programs to see that section.

You can directly find it in your Start Menu as well (listed under Control
Panel).
