When i save an attachment that someone has sent to me, it goes into a folder
named OLK9. However, when i run a "Search" for that file name...or even that
folder name (OLK9)...the Search tells me there is nothing found.

How do I locate the OLK9 folder?

It's a hidden folder. The name often changes as well. Files are only located
there temporarily while they're open, however if you close the email and
leave the attachment open then they locate a copy there that is left.
Occasionally the cache will become full and the user might not be able to
open an attachment or perhaps they see red X's in place of pictures in an
email.

See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/securetemp.htm - you can move the
