How do I load my personalized settings?

Hi...

I just upgraded from Windows ME to XP-Home.

None of my personalized settings came through.
Specifically I'm looking for:
- My list of Explorer Internet web favorites
- My e-mail located in Outlook Express
- My e-mail settings to download from my ISP
- My e-mail address book.

I do not have a clue as to where in my file system that
these files are is located.
I'm sure I'm not the first to run into this.
Can someone point me to some directions on how to find
these files and to then set up the software.
