To-do list in outlook

My to-do list in outlook always lists each task twice. I've tried deleting
one of them, but then the whole task goes away. Using Outlook 2007 in vista.

Start Outlook with the resettodobar switch;
Start-> type; outlook.exe /resettodobar

Where exactly am I supposed to type this. I went to run and typed it and it
said it wasn't found.

That usually means you didn't type it correctly. Did you include the space?

As for others; in Vista you can type this directly in the Search field.
Therefore;
Start-> type; outlook.exe /resettodobar
