In the text, I use (figure number) to refer a particular figure. I want to
update the (figure number) when I change the figure caption. What should I do?
Exampe:
Energy intensity differs among various economies (Figure 1)
(Figure Caption) Figure 1. Energy intensity in Different Countries. If the
number of this caption changes, i.e. Figure 2, I want the caption in the text
(Figure 1) also change to (Figure 2).

Use a cross-reference (Insert | Reference | Cross-reference to Figure: Only
label and number).
