My boss and I sit on the same network & connection server but have complete
separate Outlook accounts. calandars contacts etc.

I want to keep our separate email addresses etc but linked address books,
calendars etc.

How do I link them together so that we have exactly the same address book
and when contacts/calendar is updated it updates both our accounts?
