How do i link my logon.asp page to the validation page? with out a web
werver is there a way to test it too?

Under the form property, select Sent to Other then enter the name of the validation page. No you can
not test this locally without a IIS web server.

You can't run asp pages without a server that's why they're called Active
SERVER Pages.
They're server side scripts.

Unless you have IIS installed on your own machine (IIS comes with Windows
2000 Pro or XP Pro).
