How do I link Excel to a dynamically column named access table?

Hi
I run Excel 2000
I have a spreadsheet linking Excel to an Access table
The Access table is generated via a function which has 2 date
parameters. The date parameters populate columns within the table and
when refreshed the dates can change changing the column names
How do I link Excel to a dynamically column named access table?
Baffled!!!
