How do I keep same Subject Post with Reply to Folder

The Reply to Folder action automatically clears the Subject field. I would
like to keep the same subject line as the origin post item, but give the
user the option to change it. Can this be accomplished with VBScript? I
deleted the conversation field from the form I am using because I found the
subject and conversation fields redundant.
