How can I protect photos on a FrontPage web page so they cannot be copied?

You can't...for those that really want them, already know how to work around any thing you might
try, with the exception of not put them on the web to begin with.

You can't.
The best you can do is watermark them and/or use dimensionally small and low
resolution images...just good enough for the web.
