I was copied on an email that had about 100 other recipients. I want to keep
their addresses to put in our database. If I Reply All, I have their names
with the link if I click individually (do I make sense?) I can copy them but
it would take forever to do this. Is there not a way to do it and have them
in email format?
i.e. name shows as doe, john (underlined) I want the (E-Mail Removed) that is
behind the link.

Hi bjk,

you could try our freeware addins for Outlook: Public Contact After Reply
for Outlook:

Public Contact after Reply for Outlook (Public CAR for Outlook) is a
freeware addin for Outlook, which create automatically an Outlook contact
after reply to an email.

This supports also "take all email addresses" if you click on "reply"

For existing emails: Public Mail 2 Contact for Outlook (freeware)

Public Mail 2 Contact is a freeware addin for Outlook It generates Outlook
contacts from existing e-mails and verifies whether the e-mail-address does
already exist as contact in Outlook.

also available on the microsoft server:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ma...CE011869211033

Maybe it helps.
