I would like to be able to keep certain text black and certain text white in
a powerpoint presentation, but be able to print all text in black on a white
background, without changing any settings each time. This needs to be sent
to a group of people via email, so that they can see both the text in the
presentation, and then print it and be able to see the white text as black on
a white background when printed.

You can view the slides in grayscale view. The grayscale toolbar should
appear. If you click on an object and then click on settings in the
grayscale toolbar you can control how it will look when it prints in black
and white.

That works when just typing text, but what if I were to copy in a picture
that contained white text? It will not print even in greyscale. ????
