how do i keep my programs menu expanded?

i click on start then programs and while on the programs
menu, i have to either click on the double arrows or place
my mouse over the double arows for 3 seconds for the menu
to expand, please tell me how to leave it already expanded

Hi Shaun,
Right click on the start button and select properties. Click on 'customize'
and scroll down the list under 'Advanced start menu options' and uncheck
"Use personalised menus".

Goto this key in your registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop and
change the menu show delay to something lower than the 400 default. 0 is wht
i use.
Also you should right click your taskbar choose properties, start menu then
custimize then the advanced tab un tick open submenus when i pause on them
with my mouse.
