How do I keep my contacts and such current between two computers?

I'd like to keep my contacts, notes, tasks, and esspecially calander up to
the minute between two computers. this is driving me nuts!!

I use Plaxo (http://www.plaxo.com/). I've heard 99% good things about them.
There is no charge for this (now?), but they may charge for enterprise
services in the future.
