I am using a microsoft exchange server for my work e-mail. Whenever my
outlook recieves email from my server, it deletes it off of the server. Is
there a way to keep the messages on the exchange server so that I can view
old email on the webmail page?

Depending on your version of Outlook, 'Control Panel|Mail|E-mail
Accounts|View or change existing e-mail accounts', change the "Deliver new
e-mail to the following location" window to your Exchange Server Mailbox
instead of Personal Folders.
