I keep getting knocked offline every 10-20 seconds. i have to then click
"work offline" and then "work online" in order to get back on-line.

i need to work online at all times.

I have gmail and aol mail merged into outlook. this is a recent problem. i
have had years with no problems like this.

Any ideas?

What version of Outlook?
What type of mail account?

Are you being disconnected from the internet or just Outlook? What happens
when you try to reconnect?

This person has posted the same empty question some 24 hours earlier,
but not responded to the same questions below.

Using IMAP (AOL) mail I have the same problem. I have posted to find the answer but no one seems to know. In my case I am running Outlook 2007 and have both POP email which works fine and IMAP (AOL) mail which constantly is going Offline. It is very annoying to say the least
