Using windows "vista" and have set up 2 administration users being my wife
and I. If I log on and download e-mails, then log off, my wife then goes
into Microsoft Outlook and she cannot see the e-mails I have downloaded and
vice-versa. Does anyone know who to fix this problem please?

If your mail account is POP/SMTP, you need to enable Outlook to 'keep a
copy of all email messages on the server'. If you always login first,
only your Outlook account needs that. Otherwise both will need it.

The best would be if you get an IMAP account, if your ISP offers that.
