I am building a graph/chart in Excel and can't figure out how to get four
groups of data to show properly. I need a list of 10 people showing their
percentage of sales and percentage of non-sales per each month of the year.
So each person should have 2 bars by their name.

click on the graph that you have
then click on source data
then click on series
in there you will need to add the different series and the location of the
data if it is already in the data range feild or is scattered about .

To me it makes more sense to stack the percentages, since they presumably add to
100. This is also easier to chart. Column A: Names, Column B: Percentage Sales,
Column C: Percentage Non Sales. Chart Wizard -> Stacked Column Chart or Stacked 100%
Column Chart.
