How do I install software so it's available for all.

I installed 'MS Outlook Personal Folders Backup' but it only appears on the
File Menu of Administrator.

I want it to appear for all users.

Drag the shortcut to All Users\Start Menu\Programs.

However, I'm not sure that the Outlook PST backup utility will work for
other users - I seem to remember it works only for the user account under
which you installed it. Try posting in microsoft.public.outlook for more
help.
