How do I install Outlook 97 with "add-in Scrptxt.dll" error?

I am having problems installing "Outlook 97" on my PC. The error message
reads as follows:

"The add-in Scrptxtn.dll could not be installed or loaded.
Unable to load Scrptxtn.dll. You may be out of memory, out of system
resources or missing a .dll file."

My system was purchasred in 2006 & is a Compaq Presario 3200+, 512 MB memory
with 100 GB hard drive.
