I have Windows XP and Office 2003 installed. Front Page is nowhere in sight,
unlike the other Office applications. Can someone help me please, as it
seems this is a tough problem to solve?

Frontpage is not included in the Office 2003 versions. It is a standalone
product and can be purchased separately.

The MS Office packaging/box actually *lists* which applications are a part
of the Office suite.
