How do I install dll dictionary files in Office 2007?

I have the Microsoft Office 2007 Portuguese dictionary files stored in dll
libraries. How can I make use of them as Office 2007 only reads dic files?

no idea whether/how this is possible. What you need to do in 2007 to get
foreign language proofing tools is listed here:
