I have installed Office 2003 including Outlook 2003 Pro. I also tried to
install BCM whick came with Office 2003 on seperate cd. BCM will not install
(message: previous version must be removed) but I cannot remove BCM using xp
program Romove tool (error). So now I am stuck. Cannot install BCM and cannot
uninstall BCM. Start menu not showing BCM, only shows up in XP remove
program feature. I have removed Office completely and tried again with same
results. It's seems partially installed yet will not completely install, but
when asked to remove previous version xp wont let me uninstall. Got any
suggestions?
