WVX is not a video file per se, it is an XML based file that is a playlist.

<object type="video/x-ms-wvx" height="320" width="240"
data=http://www.domain.com/filename.wvx>
<param name="src" value="http://www.domain.com/filename.wvx">
<param name="autostart" value="true">
</object>

Data & Value are the same, (unless you want your IE viewers seeing something
different than the FF users), and must be full urls.
