How do I insert an 'Unsubscribe' option in my emails?

I wish to insert 'Unsubscribe' option to my group emails, to give my
customers the option of unsubscribing to my newsletters. How do I do this????

Create an e'Mail Hyperlink on the text "Unsubscribe"
Your e'Mail address as the return "Mailto" address.
Subject [Unsubscribe]

For those who's mail readers don't support these you'll want to spell out
the manual way to reply with [Unsubscribe] in the Subject line to your
selected e'mail address.
