How do I insert a subscript number in Access?

I am using Access to create a chemical database. I need to include some
formulas for mixtures. I cannot find a way to use subscript numbers. The
character map has superscript numbers but not subscript. I am using the
Arial font.

Unless you use a "Rich Text Format" control you cannot, since there
are no subscript numbers defined in the Arial font; Access doesn't
natively support mixed fonts.
