how do I import my yahoo address book to outlook

I have a yahoo acount that Ihave used for years. now setting up email account
and want to use outlook.yahoo will give me my address book as an xcel file
but then what do i do with it?

Use the Import/Export Wizard on the File menu in Outlook. There is an option
to import from another program or file, and you can choose Excel from the
resulting list.
