Have received multiple files from a group of people that need to be merged
into one presentation. Is there a way to import them all into one
presentation without having to copy them one at a time?

Hi

Not as far as I know. However, if you use insert -> slides from file it
takes only a matter of moments (remember to tick 'keep source formatting').
If you use 2007 it's under home -> new slide drop down -> re-use slide ->
right click a thumbnail to find the 'select all' option.

An alternative method would be to create a single slide presentation that
has links to all the other presentations and use this between presenters
instead.
