how do I import a .mbx file into outlook 2000

I would like to import a .mbx file into outlook 2000. When I select the
import option a .mbx file is not one of the choices

You can't import mbx file. You can import from Outlook Express that made that
file by choosing Import, From another program, choose Outlook Express.

Imapsize will convert mbx files into .eml messages - you can then drag the
..eml messages into OE and export to Outlook

Outlook Express V6 will import an Outlook Express V4 message store. Why
convert them first? Very inefficient.

mbx is not necessarily OE4 - could be Netscape or any mail client that uses
mbox format mail files...
