How do I import to Drafts not direct to Outbox from MYOB

When exporting emails from external programs like MYOB I need to have the
emails sent to the Drafts, not direct to the Out box, so such emails can be
double checked before sending.
Changing the send options to hold as a default messes up to many other
functions

Putting a message in Outlbox does not constitute sending it. Perform the
transfer, then if you must import into Outbox, when finished, open Outbox and
move the data to Drafts.
