I want to import a number of files to create one document with page
numbering. Each document has a different header. When I import the file the
header is lost.

a) How can you import the header and b)Are there any other options other
than putting the header into the boidy of the doument

Insert them one at a time using INCLUDETEXT fields and put a next page
