I have recently installed MS Small business 2007 onto my PC which is running
XP.
I do not know how to syncronise or import my contacts from an ACT 6 Database
into my contacts.

Check the export options for ACT 6 and see if it an output format matches
with one of the import formats for Outlook.

Thanks, I think it worked, now have a problem with the computer running very
slowly, have done defrag and restart but no better.

If you imported a lot of information Windows Desktop Search will cause some
overhead indexing everything. Leave the computer on during the night so that
WDS has plenty of time to index everything.
