How do I import data from outlook 2003?

's Computer Specifications

I had Outlook 2003 on another computer that crashed. I purchased Outlook 2007
and would like to move my 2003 files (from the old computer that I have on a
disk) into my new version on a new computer. Can you help with this problem?
