I am trying to import data from one worksheet into another worksheet at a
certain day and time every week. Example worksheet #1 contains real time data
and every Friday at 5 pm I want the data numbers to be transferred to
worksheet #2. Is it possible to set up a formula for that?

Not a formula but Chip Pearson shows how to set up a macro that will do the deed
using the OnTime method.
