How do I import a Certificate into Microsoft Outlook?

When I access Outlook (not Express), I get a "warning" that the certificate
from my ISP is not "trusted." There is no "accept" button to allow me to
import my ISP's certificate into the Trust Center. I have gone to the TC,
but find nothing specifically related to incorporating my ISP's certificate.
My ISP has checked everything related to Outlook and finds that every version
varies!!! I am operating on 7.0.5730.13. What do I do? Thanks.
