Where is the mail - online or in Outlook?

Tell us about your old e-mail account and your new e-mail account.

POP3, IMAP, Deltasync, or Exchange? For each of them.

I can tell you that you can probably access your GoDaddy account via
IMAP, which will show folders inside Outlook.

Godaddy's IMAP is only for their top paid account. The free with domain
accounts are pop only.

Then the OP would have to upgrade to a paid account to keep the folders
feature, but the solution still applies.

Thanks for the heads up on that GoDaddy oddity.

Do you still have access to the GoDaddy account? If so, log into that account
with a web browser. Create a temporary folder and move the contents of the
Inbox to that folder.

In Outlook, create a temporary folder and move the contents of the Inbox to
that folder.

Back on GoDaddy, move the contents of one of the folders you want to keep to
Inbox. Now perform a send/receive in Outlook. Outlook should download all
the data you just put into the Inbox on GoDaddy. Create a folder in Outlook
whose name corresponds to the folder name on GoDaddy and move the contents of
the Outlook Inbox to that folder.

Back on GoDaddy, do the same with the next folder. Repeat until all you have
left is the temporary folder you created to hold the Inbox contents. If
you've already downloaded these messages into Outlook originally, then you're
done. Otherwise, move the contents of the temporary folder back to the
GoDaddy Inbox and send/receive on Outlook one last time. You should now have
recovered everything from GoDaddy. Merge into your Outlook Inbox the contents
of the temporary folder you created in Outlook to hold the original contents
of the Outlook Inbox and you're finished.
