How do I imporat Excel File to Outlook for Email Addresses

's Computer Specifications

I have read the other posts about how to do this but when I open OUtlook I
don't have an option to IMport from the File Menu.....Help - I don't want to
enter all these addresses by hand.

What version of Outlook are you using? I think all of them had Import &
Export on the File menu.

Look again. Unless your administrator has blocked the command, you should
have a File | Import and Export command on Outlook's main menu.
