I followed the directions from help. It didn't work. I want to make a video

After you install the Media Player Addin (suggested by DI), then don't use
Insert / Picture / Video from Frontpage. After you have the addin, then
Insert / Windows Media Player and follow the instructions in the Wizard.

Or Insert / Web Component / Additional Components / Windows Media Player
Addin. This will also fire up the wizard.
