Dear all,

My company user always complaint the network is slow, accessing the network
drive and transmitting e-mail. What should I do?

You should determine if the network is indeed slow and if it is, find
out why and fix it.

Based on this and your other post, you might want a local professional
with networking and domain expertise to come in and take a look at your
setup. I'm not saying this to hurt your feelings in any way, but am just
being practical.

Thanks malke,

Our company have financial difficulty.
I rephrase my question. How to prove the network is not slow?
What will the expertise do to prove the network is not slow?

Best regards,
Jonathan

I'm sorry to hear about your company's financial difficulties. This
means that you will need to spend a great deal of time researching how
to troubleshoot a network. This is not something you can get in a few
sentences from a newsgroup. Here are a few good sites to start:

For everything else, use Google.

It may be worthwhile to see what that user is doing and politely asking the
user what they are comparing your network to.
