I can't find the answer to this seemly simple question anywhere. For all my BCM contacts, in their history area, I have both messages I sent and those I received attach to a given contact. However, there's no way for me to sort, or identify which messages are sent or received. The only way it to open each message. There must be an easier way. I added columns like "to" and "from" the the list, but they always end up blank. Any ideas? Simply put: how can I sort, find or identify which messages I sent versus those I received for my contacts?.

Since I haven't receive a reply to this topic, I can assume one of two things is true. Either (a) it isn't possible to sort messages in BCM by sent and received status or (b) this isn't the right forum for this question.

If it's Option A, that it isn't possible to sort messages in BCM by sent/received status, then I find this a significant shortcoming in the Outlook BCM program.

If Option B is it, then perhaps someone could provide me with a link to an Outlook forum that specializes in questions related to BCM. I understand that Outlook is a huge program, and it's important to find those who specialize in the specific aspect (BCM) I'm talking about.
