How do I learn who created a contact, appointment or other item in Outlook
and/or who last modified a contact or appointment? Other programs refer to
this as an audit trail. Does Outlook have such a feature?

Outlook may be able to show you some of this, like the creator, but I don't
think it records who modifies an item.
