how do I hyperlink to a specific spot on another web page

FrontPage 2003

When I hyperlink to a specific Bookmark spot on another page the hyperlink
goes
to the top of the other web page. I need the hyperlink to go to a specific
place within the page.Thanks

<a href="page1.html#here">

where page1.html is the other page and #here is the name of the bookmark on
that page

This is controlled by the browser, there is nothing that you can set to change this.

Make sure the text you are book marking too is a single word.

bookmark will work

book mark will fail, and display the top of the page.
