When I converted ppt presentation in to web page. It shows out line, notes
pane,slide frame.
what i want is. when user opens that html, he should view the presentation
in full screen view.

Not knowing which version of PowerPoint your using. Here are a couple of

Make PowerPoint 2000 HTML open full screen
