how do I hide the bluetooth/wlan monitor?

my wlan/bluetooth status monitor jumps around my desktop, and I would somehow
like to hide it like most things are in the toolbar. I don't want to pay
60.00 to have this question answered but none of the tech support reps can
tell me how to do this.
