Good question. I'm using 10.0, and not that while it has head cleaning
utilities for Epson and Lexmark, there don't appear to be any for HP.
I'm about to update my system to 10.1 official myself, so I don't yet know
how much has changed from 10.0.

Possibilities:
1. Try checking the driver options - sometimes there are head cleaning
routines there.

2. Explore system/configuration/configure your computer/printer for
alternate drivers for that printer, which might have such an option.
Both my current printers (Epson and ALPS) and an HP I used to use have 3 or
4 choices of drivers per model, so the same may apply with your current HP
model.

3.Failing that, check the printer's manual for the offline cleaning
procedure.
